How it works

Three steps, from a gap in the timetable to a teacher on the phone.

Filter the network by subject, travel distance and availability, so you can quickly find teachers who are right for the class.

Choose

Every profile includes the information provided by the teacher — including subjects, experience, DBS status, insurance and training — together with the date the profile was last confirmed.

Connect

Request a teacher’s contact details, then call, message or email them directly. No middleman. No booking fees.

Contact details stay hidden until a school with an active membership asks to see them, and a teacher chooses which of their phone number and email address can be shared at all. A teacher is never told which school looked.

For schools

Find the right Performing Arts Specialists with ease.

Search the whole network

Filter by subject, distance and availability, and only see teachers and specialists who are willing to travel to your location.

Make your own decision

Each member’s profile shows the information they have provided, along with the date it was last confirmed. The information is self-declared, and 5678 does not independently verify or endorse it.

Keep the relationship direct

Once you have a member’s contact details, any arrangement is made directly between you and them.

For teachers

Be the one they call.

Show schools what you offer

Add your subjects, experience, preferred teaching style, age groups, rates and how far you are willing to travel — and update them whenever you need to.

Keep your availability current

Set your calendar in advance, mark the dates you are unavailable and let schools know when you are free at short notice.

Stay in control of your contact details

Choose whether schools can see your phone number, your email address, both or neither.

What we can tell you, and what we can’t

Everything on a profile is the teacher’s own account of themselves.

Declared by the teacher

DBS level, and when they last said so

Insurance, first aid and safeguarding training

What 5678 knows

That their email address reaches them

That their membership is paid and active

Nothing about the statements on the left — they are the teacher’s own
